Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in defining and developing multi-tier web services.

- 3+ years of experience managing 24x7x365 service operations.
Additionally, you should possess:
- Strong communication skills to engage with users, technical teams, and senior leadership for requirements gathering, software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
- Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- A proven track record of managing high-caliber software engineers in developing complex, scalable software systems successfully delivered to customers.
