Kids Connection Preschool is a reputable educational institution seeking a dedicated and creative Early Childhood Teacher to join our esteemed teaching team. Our preschool program is designed for children aged 2-5, offering a unique blend of academic and play-based approaches to foster their cognitive and social-emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop curriculum that sparks children's curiosity and passion for learning
  • Facilitate engaging hands-on exploration and open-ended questioning to develop creative and critical thinking skills
  • Implement effective classroom management and parent communication strategies
  • Evaluate children's progress using our assessment tool and share results through parent-teacher conferences

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 ECE units (AA/B.A. degree with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of childhood classroom experience
  • Experience working in a preschool with children aged 2-5
  • Demonstrated understanding of developmental stages and ability to support social and emotional development
  • Strong group management skills, positive attitude, and nurturing personality
  • Dependability, flexibility, and exceptional classroom and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good physical health, able to lift up to 40 lbs
