Group Product Manager, Internal Tools and Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Product Manager to lead the development of our internal tools and systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for our internal customer stakeholders.

With a strong background in product management and a passion for mentoring and growing teams, you will oversee the product roadmap and ensure that our internal tools and systems meet the needs of our customers.

You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to prioritize and execute projects, and will be responsible for managing metrics and goals around feature launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision and strategy for internal tools and systems
  • Oversee the product roadmap and ensure that internal tools and systems meet customer needs
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize and execute projects
  • Manage metrics and goals around feature launches
  • Mentor and grow teams of product managers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing product management capacity at a technology-driven organization
  • Experience on products for internal customers, not limited to operational tooling, customer support, sales users, or engineering platforms
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers
  • Demonstrated track record of building and shipping successful products in an agile environment with demonstrated impact
  • Ability to learn the Justworks domains quickly (benefits, payments, health insurance, HR, etc)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to grasp and explain complex concepts to stakeholders inside and outside of technology
  • Basic understanding of core web development technologies
