We are currently in search of an Associate Product Manager to enhance our Product Management Team at Carewise Health. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in product management or those eager to delve into this field.

This position focuses on managing tangible, manufactured products rather than software or digital offerings.

The selected candidate will be involved in our Open Storage Product Category. We seek a structured thinker with a visionary approach to product information management. Passion for the role is essential, alongside the ability to follow through on commitments. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in product dynamics. Exceptional communication and information management abilities are vital for success in this role. The Associate Product Manager will collaborate across various departments (Customer Service, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to organize, create, and ensure product information is accessible and user-friendly, serving as the primary contact for knowledge-based inquiries regarding the Open Storage Product Category.

Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Product Manager will oversee one or more designated products, supporting goals related to Product Development, Innovation, Sales, Profitability, Quality, Availability, and Service. This role is highly visible and ideal for individuals aspiring to build a career in Product Management.

  1. Implement strategies aligned with the product category to realize the product vision.
  2. Formulate plans to execute product strategies that meet corporate objectives and fulfill customer needs.
  3. Contribute to the product roadmap, assisting in aligning both internal and external directions.
  4. Facilitate product innovation within the existing product range.
  5. Manage new product development through the Corporate Stage Gate Process.
  6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned products.
  7. Establish pricing strategies for assigned products.
  8. Conduct product lifecycle planning activities for assigned products (from New Product Development to End of Life).
  9. Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to the Code of Business Ethics.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 0-4 years of experience in marketing, product management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong communication, organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
    • New Product Development
    • Customer field research (e.g., ethnographic studies)
    • Product marketing
    • Industry-specific experience (e.g., Commercial Laboratory, Foodservice, Healthcare)
