Store Experience Planner

Job Summary
Burlington Stores is seeking a skilled Store Planner to join our team. As a Store Planner, you will be responsible for developing floor plans for assigned territories, focusing on the rollout of Store Experience 2.0 to our chain. We are looking for a driven and engaging individual who will be an integral part of this highly visible team driving these initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate floor plans for existing stores to reflect Store Experience 2.0, building plans for each location based on existing conditions and store prototypes.
- Assist in the development of step-by-step directions, unique to each store, to successfully convert to SE 2.0.
- Utilize each store's penetration to design a plan tailored to their sales and inventory builds.
- Collaborate with store planning to align on final plans and achieve all timelines.
- Develop floor plans for any non-new store-related projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years related store planning experience in a retail setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience using CAD Software.
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly strengths in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving expertise.
