Job Overview

As a Wealth Management Advisor at Brandon Consulting Associates, Inc., you will utilize your extensive knowledge in financial advisory and asset management to serve high-net-worth clients and their families. Your role will involve overseeing client relationships, ensuring profitability, and managing portfolio risks while driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Act as the primary business development representative, focusing on client acquisition and cross-selling various financial products.
  • Enhance the financial performance of your team’s balance sheet and profit & loss statements.
  • Provide proactive financial advice, educating clients on available services, investment options, and associated risks.
  • Monitor client account performance to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
  • Stay informed about market trends and conduct research to identify opportunities that align with Private Banking revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Private Banking Assistants to deliver efficient service to client accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and risk management guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in credit and lending for high-net-worth individuals within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 66/63 securities licenses is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in deposit gathering and understanding of underwriting for business and real estate loans.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal lending regulations and banking products.
  • Proven ability to assess the financial needs of high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional business development and marketing capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
