Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at JFK Airport in Queens, NYC. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for providing overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.

• Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for construction projects
• Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility
• May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day-to-day activities or may coordinate with client's resident representatives on jobsite activities
• Ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards

• Minimum Requirement: BA/BS + 6 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Preferred Requirements: Experience as a Construction Superintendent on large, mega construction projects; experience in managing, scheduling, and overseeing work of subcontracted labor; understanding of advanced construction concepts and nomenclature; BS Civil Engineering or related curriculum; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); ability to act independently and manage teams; strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various levels of management, clients, partners, municipal entities, etc.
