As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple engagements, conducting primary and secondary reviews of complex tax returns, and providing ASC 740 tax provision support and review preparation. **Requirements:**

* 4+ years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm, with at least 3 years of corporate tax experience

* Self-starter with initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
