As a Host at Chili's, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Your warm smile, friendly demeanor, and exceptional communication skills will make our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to every guest, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Manage the wait list with ease, keeping our guests informed and engaged
  • Communicate guest concerns to the manager when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Answer the phone within three rings, directing calls with a smile
  • Support fellow team members when needed, working together to deliver exceptional service
