Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
  • Operate a cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Count and reconcile cash and bank revenue at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Collect and process payments from customers, making change and issuing receipts as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than one month of related experience or training.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
