Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Permit Technician to support our growing department at Same Day Water Heaters, LLC. As a key member of our permitting team, you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately report to the Permit Team Supervisor and interact with other managers
  • Perform basic data entry responsibilities
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Answer phones and resolve customer conflicts when needed
  • Maintain positive associate morale
  • Perform general clerical duties (e.g., copying, filing, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Stable employment history
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word
  • Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude always
  • Attendance and punctuality are extremely important to support the team and our customers
  • Able to ask questions and learn from the team of office associates
