Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), or Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS)
