Job Title: Audio Video Integration Technician Level II

Bridges System Integration is seeking a highly skilled Audio Video Integration Technician Level II to join our team. As a key member of our Integration Team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of advanced AV systems, including video teleconferencing (VTC), audio teleconferencing (ATC), and presentation systems for meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure AV systems to meet client requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized AV solutions
  • Collaborate with the Integration Manager and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV system installations
  • Extensive knowledge of AV equipment, components, and cabling
  • Experience with advanced AV system configuration and troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
