Your expertise will help patients regain independence and improve their overall well-being. You'll work closely with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients in their homes
- Supervise the care of other care team members
- Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system
- Participate in the coordination of care
- Comprehensive health, dental, and disability benefits
- Current Occupational Therapist License, valid state driver's license, and auto liability insurance
- One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation, or home health setting preferred
