Job Overview

DirectShifts is seeking a skilled and compassionate Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to provide comprehensive women's health care in Ohio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated medical professional to make a significant impact on women's health in a dynamic city. As an OB/GYN with DirectShifts, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum care to pregnant women.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, infertility, endometriosis, and pelvic floor disorders.
  • Perform routine gynecological examinations, including Pap smears and breast exams.
  • Offer contraceptive counseling and family planning services.
  • Perform gynecological surgeries, including hysterectomies, myomectomies, and laparoscopic procedures (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynecology through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Valid medical license in Ohio State.
  • Extensive experience in providing obstetric and gynecological care.
  • Proficiency in performing gynecological procedures (if applicable).
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
