About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team at HerMD, a physician-founded practice revolutionizing women's healthcare. As a key member of our medical spa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform aesthetic treatments, consults, and services, including Botox, fillers, Sculptra, facials, peels, microneedling, light therapy treatments, IPL, radiofrequency, minimal/sublative treatments, laser hair removal, and CoolSculpting.
  • Effectively inform and educate patients about our treatment and service offerings, and the importance of medical-grade skincare.
  • Conduct consultations with patients to determine best treatments for their desired outcome and create a customized treatment plan.
  • Maintain knowledge of available cosmetic procedures in the market.
  • Participate in in-person and online aesthetic events.
  • Partner with our aesthetic vendors and partners to support events, manage inventory, and remain up to date on new product and service launches.
  • Market our spa, treatments, services, and skincare products, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available.
  • Perform room prep, and properly clean and restock treatment rooms as required.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
  • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
  • Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all client requests.
  • Accurately record client treatments in electronic medical records systems.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • Attend and participate in all training and staff meetings for the spa, including all aesthetic and product service training.
