Job Overview

Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled EGSE Engineering Support Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for improving, validating, and maintaining the EGSE per engineering input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve NCRs related to EGSE and electrical systems
  • Support production team for anomaly resolution
  • Collaborate with D2M and other teams for EGSE support
  • Validate and test test scripts
  • Configure Test & EGSE equipment
  • Create JIRA tasks and follow up on their closure and updates
  • Implement changes on the FAL EGSE
  • Support internal improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree + 2 years' experience or High School + 5 years' experience
  • Hands-on experience with EGSE and electrical measurement devices
  • Knowledge of SCADA is an asset
  • Experience working in a clean room environment
  • Strong commitment to work

Working Environment:

  • The work environment can be busy, noisy, and conditions may vary
  • Contains some mechanical and chemical hazards
