Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated full-time Shift Supervisor for our new location in Oberkrämer / Berlin area to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and supervising the picking team, organizing the warehouse, completing administrative tasks, and providing support in daily operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and supervising the picking team to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Organizing the warehouse to maximize storage capacity and minimize inventory discrepancies
  • Completing administrative tasks, such as shift reports, to maintain accurate records
  • Providing support in daily operations as needed to ensure seamless warehouse functions
  • Ensuring workplace safety by adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Completed training in logistics or business, such as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office and some experience with warehouse management systems
  • Forklift license preferred, but not required
  • Structured and proactive work style
  • Strong organizational skills and team spirit
  • Willingness to work alternating shifts (early/late)
