The Front Desk Clerk at The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is integral in fostering respectful and empathetic interactions with clients and the community. This role involves assisting the Director in various operational tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising overnight operations at the facility
- Overseeing fee collection, dormitory upkeep, and client documentation
- Responding to phone calls, inquiries, and messages in a timely manner
- Conducting safety inspections and ensuring property maintenance
- Executing additional necessary tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of high school education or equivalent
- Experience in human services or related fields
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Knowledge of community support resources
- Background in residential care environments
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
