Project Oversight Specialist

Pritchard Industries seeks a highly skilled Project Oversight Specialist to manage the janitorial service contract with Property Management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain accurate schedules of work performance, quality control inspections, and team meetings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance data to ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work performance, quality control inspections, and team activities.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by establishing open communication channels with the Property Manager and team members.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project oversight or a related field.
  • A proven track record of success in managing projects and teams.
