The Sales Associate - Customer Experience Expert will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our fashion retail store. This role requires a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing sales techniques, communicating product knowledge, and recommending merchandise to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, pricing, and visual directives.
- Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities, assist with locate fulfillment, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Teamwork and Growth: Promote an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, seeking personal developmental opportunities and soliciting feedback.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Retail or sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to learn or adapt to technology, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Constant walking and standing, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent climbing.
