At Mr. Handyman, we're expanding our team of skilled professionals to continue delivering exceptional home repair and maintenance services. As a Handyman Professional, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction and excellence in craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Complete maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial projects, ranging from 2 hours to 2 days.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations regarding project scope and costs.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, following the Mr. Handyman Way, a repeatable process that ensures customer satisfaction.
- 8+ years of experience as a paid handyman.
- Own and maintain your own tools.
- Be insurable for driving our company vehicle.
- Pass a background and driving record check.
- Able to lift 50 pounds independently and work safely at heights.
- $28-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
- Company-provided van with gas card.
- Holiday and PTO.
- Bonuses.
