About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Laboratory team at Chino Valley Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare. As a Cath Lab Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our award-winning team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patient populations, addressing their psychosocial, physical, and general needs in the surgical environment.
  • Communicate continuously with physicians about patient condition and collaborate to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory management to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab.
  • Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License required.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certificate upon hire and maintenance required.
  • One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care area required.

Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $41.57 to $57.07. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
