Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at Prime Healthcare. As a key member of our cardiovascular lab, you will assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the physician, you will scrub procedures, monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data, and ensure the procedure room is adequately prepared. You will also participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities, and assist in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ARRT-R license and a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification. Previous experience in a cardiovascular lab is preferred, as is a cardiovascular technologist training program with an emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring. You will also need to be proficient in computer skills and have a BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire, with ACLS certification required within 30 days.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $45.00 to $60.00, with the exact starting compensation to be determined at the time of hire based on a wide range of factors, including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
