Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage aircraft maintenance programs to ensure compliance with company goals and targets.
  • Oversee the direction of maintenance programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure that aircraft maintenance is performed in accordance with approved Federal Aviation, Manufactures, Customers, and company procedures and requirements.
  • Review customer programs and FAA regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the overall maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alteration of aircraft or parts thereof.
  • Ensure communication of all significant information, including work, risk, safety, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' aircraft maintenance supervisory experience required.
  • Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
