Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on all equipment, including air conditioning systems, boilers, chillers, and electrical systems.
- Repair and Replacement: Make repairs to equipment and replace parts as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, plumbing issues, and other technical problems.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, housekeeping, and front office, to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with trade school or college coursework in a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least three years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory skills preferred.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
