Job Description

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Specialist to support a sensitive USG program in Southeast Virginia. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and development of technical solutions for data and system technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UAS/UAV activities, vehicle data exploitation, and IT systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in network system maintenance, support, and operations.
  • Design, set up, and operate technical demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities.
  • Administer databases and design network architectures to support technical integration.
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical staff.
  • Install, maintain, and operate RF, camera, surveillance systems, and other hardware.
  • Perform fabrication, mechanical repairs, fiber installation, and other related tasks.
  • Conduct ad-hoc technical experiments to test trade craft concepts.
Requirements
  • Top Secret//SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Minimum 3 years of subject matter expertise in technical integration, acquired within the last 10 years.
  • Experience in network system maintenance, support, and operations.
  • Experience in designing, setting up, and operating technical demonstrations.
  • Database administration and network architecture experience.
  • Ability to describe complex technical matters to non-technical staff.
  • RF, camera, surveillance system, or other hardware installation, maintenance, and operation experience.
  • Experience in fabrication (both ferrous and non-ferrous), mechanical repairs, fiber installation, and other similar skills.
  • Ability to enact ad-hoc technical experiments to test trade craft concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Sponsor-specific operational knowledge and/or experience.
  • Ability to incorporate multiple technologies for novel solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI and ML tools and applications.
  • Understanding of all-source analysis.
  • Understanding of design and programming for systems integration of complex systems.
  • Experience in cellular network operations/exploitation.
  • Experience in vehicle exploitation.
  • Experience in drone technology.
  • Experience in video analytics.
  • Experience with VMware or equivalent.
