We are seeking an experienced Utility Locator Technician to join our team in the Grand Forks and Fargo, ND areas.

This role offers a competitive starting wage ranging from $20-$26/hour depending on experience.

As a Utility Locator Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing visual inspections of construction areas to identify underground utilities
  • Reading and interpreting utility maps to determine the presence of underground utilities
  • Using special electronic equipment to locate and protect utilities from damage

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass pre-employment screenings: drug test, background check, and driving record
  • Subject to random drug testing in compliance with DOT guidelines

Working Conditions and Hours:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm
  • Outdoor work environment
  • Driving company vehicle to and from work sites
