Position Summary:
We are seeking a Risk Analyst to support our National Casualty Practice. This role is crucial in assisting the account team and nurturing client relationships through comprehensive risk analysis and timely execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts risk assessment studies, including the compilation of underwriting data and coverage placements, as well as loss forecasting and analysis to ensure optimal protection of organizational assets and facilitate loss mitigation.
  • Analyzes claims data to inform renewal negotiations.
  • Ensures the accuracy of all policy documents, including changes, endorsements, and audits, while facilitating their delivery to clients.
  • Provides support to clients and carriers through various communication channels for requests related to policies, endorsements, audits, certificates, and billing.
  • Collaborates with Client Executives and/or Client Managers in the marketing process, including the preparation of applications, submissions, proposals, presentations, and service plans.
  • Participates in training sessions and courses to maintain current skills and licensing.
  • Attends and conducts meetings with carriers as necessary.
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing, with 0 to 2 years of experience in commercial insurance.
  • Familiarity with business office practices and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and focus under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
