Position Responsibilities:

  • Follow industry best practices and company policies while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to assemble and align equipment accurately.
  • Document issues, actions taken, and materials used on work orders.
  • Utilize various tools and equipment for the assembly and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Communicate daily with the Fabrication Supervisor regarding shop activities.
  • Assist in inventory management and maintain stock levels in the Fabrication Warehouse.
  • Complete tasks efficiently while minimizing disruptions.
  • Prepare and weld components to create assemblies.
  • Operate a vehicle for site visits and material pickups as directed.
  • Be available for overtime as required to meet project deadlines.
  • Familiarize yourself with parts and equipment to support project preparations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, construction, or plumbing principles.

Preferred:

  • Experience in pipe fitting or plumbing.
  • 6G pipe welding certification.
  • Familiarity with control systems.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in pipe fitting or welding.

Licenses:

Valid DMV license required.
