Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and care standards.
  • Provide direct and indirect care to patients through the supervision of delegated nursing acts and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Use critical thinking skills to manage acute and chronic illnesses, including neurologic, cardiac, metabolic, and vascular diseases.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide complex care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.
  • Previous patient care experience, including clinical experience as a student.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
  • CPR certification or eligible to complete within 3 months of hire.
