About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at a top-rated hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. As a PICU RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill or surgical pediatric patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide intensive nursing care and continuous monitoring of breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit nursing
  • Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements and certifications as requested by the facility/unit
