The Clinical Social Services Coordinator will divide their time between adult day services and long-term rehabilitation, ensuring the delivery of person-centered quality care to enhance residents' well-being and quality of life. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution is required; Master of Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
  • Must be certified or licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners (LSW or CSW).
  • A valid New Jersey Driver's License is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Long Term Care and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience working with geriatric populations is strongly preferred.
  • Proof of flu vaccination is required, or an exemption must be obtained prior to employment.
  • Documentation of Covid-19 vaccination will be requested for reporting purposes.
