Job Overview
Hill Crest Behavioral Health is an acute care, 194-bed inpatient psychiatric facility located in the southeastern United States, providing mental health services for adolescents and adults. We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Tech (MHT) to join our team.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Tech (MHT) to provide exceptional patient care and support in our psychiatric setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
- Participate in treatment planning and implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience in a psychiatric setting/patient care preferred
- Patient care experience
- Ability to obtain CPR certification and non-violent crisis prevention certification (company will train)
