Salary and Benefits
The Mental Health Tech (MHT) position at Hill Crest Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary of approximately $35,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans. Job Description
Mental Health Technicians work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and their families. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and maintaining a safe environment for all patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Mental Health Tech, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in a psychiatric setting or patient care, and the ability to obtain CPR and non-violent crisis prevention certifications.

Work-Life Balance
We offer a unique schedule composition consisting of three 8-hour shifts on weekdays and two 12-hour shifts every other weekend. This provides an opportunity for balance between work and personal life.
