About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Recreational Therapist to join our team at Hill Crest Behavioral Health, an acute care facility in Birmingham, AL. As a Recreational Therapist, you will be responsible for creating and leading recreational therapy programs for adolescents and adults with mental health needs.

**Estimated Annual Salary:** $60,000 - $70,000 (based on industry standards)

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy, a minimum of 3 years' experience working in an in-patient environment, and current CTRS certification. If you are committed to delivering exceptional care and supporting the well-being of others, we invite you to apply.
