Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients in a variety of settings, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and other units as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a labor and delivery or postpartum setting.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
