What We Provide:

  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and establish treatment objectives
  • Develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies
  • Guide, motivate, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the patient's healthcare team
  • Adjust treatment goals based on patient progress and feedback
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and modify care plans as necessary
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards
  • Provide ongoing education to healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers
  • Document patient interactions and progress in accordance with departmental and regulatory guidelines
  • Assess injuries related to the shoulder, elbow, and hand
  • Experience with Work Rehabilitation programs is beneficial

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the relevant state
  • Strong clinical skills with proficiency in technology
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. We offer various scheduling options, including 4 x 10s or 4 x 8s. No weekend or holiday shifts are required.
