The Police Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for Campus Police, handling inquiries and providing information to the campus community. This role will also be responsible for processing ID cards and parking permit services, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a general knowledge of the seminary to provide accurate information regarding the campus and activities.
- Operate the seminary's switchboard, directing all incoming calls to the appropriate person, office, or department.
- Process ID cards and parking permit services for the campus community.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- High school degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of systems and personal computer workstations preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with customers and management staff.
