S&L Integrated, a distinguished provider of audio, visual, and lighting solutions, is in search of an experienced Senior AV Technician to enhance their operations in the middle Georgia area.
In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the deployment of audio, video, and lighting systems across diverse commercial environments, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timely execution.
Primary Duties:
- Install, test, calibrate, and finalize AV systems
- Engage with clients and deliver training sessions
- Lead and mentor technicians as required
- Identify and communicate risks and challenges to maintain project flow
- Maintain precise documentation of work hours
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in audio, video, and lighting system installations
- Excellent troubleshooting and wiring capabilities
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
- Skilled in utilizing tools and soldering methods
- Strong communication and conflict management abilities
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- CTS certification is advantageous
Work Conditions:
This position involves physical activities such as standing, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. It may also necessitate working at elevated heights and in environments without climate control.
