Job Summary

Springbrook Center - Westbrook, ME is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to licensed nurses
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
