Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our machines meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to develop and implement high-quality, reliable, and scalable equipment.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical support to other teams, including product development and manufacturing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in AM engineering or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in automation engineering, materials engineering, or AM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AM system design, development, and implementation.
  • Experience with FDM, WAAM, or other DED processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to practically apply first principles to solve real, complex problems.
  • Experience managing a team of engineers and technicians.
Preferred Skills:
  • Design experience with induction heating.
  • Experience in RND, specifically taking a printing process & print head from 0 to 1.
  • Experience working within a start-up company.
  • Creative problem solver who can bring multiple disciplines together with the ability to assess risk and make design and development decisions without all available data.
  • Strong sense of accountability and integrity with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, driven, and demanding atmosphere.
