Job Description:
As a Construction Project Quality Assurance Manager at Wallace Montgomery, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our highway projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing quality control plans for construction projects.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in highway construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.


Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
