Civil Engineering Project Manager

About the Job: Actalent is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to lead our project teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and codes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain it within the next 6 months
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in site-civil engineering
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $48.75-$66.00 per hour, based on national averages in the United States. As a valued employee, you will also be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental & vision, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, and employee assistance program.
