About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to utilize their skills in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and responding to incoming email correspondence, processing and auditing invoices, ensuring proper coding of invoices, submitting approved invoices for payment, inputting new vendors into accounting software, reconciling vendor statements, verifying invoices against purchase orders, maintaining accurate records and documentation, researching and resolving any vendor-related discrepancies, and communicating with internal partners and vendors as needed.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive health care benefits, paid vacation time, and a 401(k) plan with up to 4% company match.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
