Assembly Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Assembler to join our team at Express Wash Concepts. This full-time position requires expertise in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Assembly: Install and assemble components such as photo eyes, pulse boxes, and bypass boxes.
• Mechanical Assembly: Clean, refurbish, and assemble mechanical parts and panels.
• Pneumatic Assembly: Build air actuation control panels for optimal performance.
• Parts Administration: Order, coordinate, and track bill of material parts, ensuring inventory is accurate and up to date.
• Kitting: Prepare and build crates, ensuring assemblies and parts are ready for shipment.
• Workshop Management: Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization to promote safety and efficiency.
• Field Work: Travel to wash sites to install assemblies and assist with on-site setup as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in assembly, electrical work, or mechanical systems is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow technical instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing inventory and workshop operations.
• Adaptability: Willingness to perform field work and travel when required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and assemble equipment and perform repetitive tasks as necessary.
