Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing daily store activities in the absence of senior management. The Store Operations Supervisor ensures the safety of the store and evaluates staff performance during shifts.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee store opening and closing tasks
  • Lead both full-time and part-time staff
  • Engage with customers in a courteous manner
  • Address customer inquiries and transactions
  • Conduct front-end administrative responsibilities, including cash management
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong knowledge of products and ability to mentor others
  • Previous experience in training or supervisory roles preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Successful completion of background screening and drug testing
