Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Manage the daily operations of the practice, including virtual and in-person services, ensuring efficient workflows and resource optimization.
  • Develop, implement, and assess operational policies and procedures to enhance practice efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  1. Patient Engagement:
  • Prioritize patient care and satisfaction, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
  • Enhance patient flow and service delivery to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement strategies to boost patient communication and involvement.
  • Regularly collect and analyze patient feedback to drive ongoing improvements.
  1. Provider Collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Ensure providers have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality care.
  • Facilitate effective communication between providers and administrative staff.
  • Work with providers to establish and implement best practices in clinical care.
  1. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise practice personnel, including administrative and clinical staff.
  • Support staff development through coaching and professional growth opportunities.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and engagement.
  1. Quality Enhancement:
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving quality, utilizing data and feedback to enhance clinical and operational processes.
  • Implement best practices and evidence-based protocols to ensure patient safety and care quality.
  • Monitor performance indicators and develop action plans to address areas needing improvement.

Location:

  • Primarily remote with occasional onsite visits required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare management, ideally in a practice management capacity.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Proven experience in staff coaching and development.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with practice management software and electronic medical records systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
