  • Work in a stunning residential facility set within a serene, resort-like atmosphere, featuring a picturesque 24-acre estate with lush gardens, avocado orchards, and expansive fields.

This position is on-call, providing coverage for various shifts within our 24/7 operations. Shifts may include early mornings, late afternoons, or overnight hours on both weekdays and weekends. You will receive advance notice of your scheduled shifts whenever possible. The hourly wage for this role starts at $21.00, commensurate with your experience. QualificationsTo excel as a Client Support Coordinator, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
  • A sincere interest in working with the populations we serve
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, in accordance with company standards
  • Comfort and capability in driving a passenger van for various outings and appointments
  • Reliability and the ability to perform quality work with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication skills
  • The physical ability to lift and carry items (up to 25 lbs.), navigate stairs, and remain on your feet for extended periods

Position Overview In this role, you will report to the Client Support Coordinator Supervisor and provide exceptional service to clients residing on the property, ensuring their needs are met while adhering to the guidance of your supervisor. Your interactions with clients will be professional and supportive, maintaining a friendly demeanor without crossing personal boundaries. You will observe and report client behaviors as necessary.

Your daily responsibilities will include a variety of tasks, such as housekeeping duties (e.g., cleaning dishes after meals, managing laundry, driving the van for errands, and facilitating activities). About Engage2Excel
