Job Description

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to lead design projects from concept to launch. As a key member of our team, you'll help establish our design culture, balancing speed and process in a hyper-growth environment. You'll work closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Invent novel UI/UX for next-gen Generative AI products.
  • Contribute to overall product direction and feature decision-making.
  • Run end-to-end design projects, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.
  • Create features and UI/UX improvements that can be executed quickly.
  • Develop flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams to design features and products.
  • Collaborate with engineering during implementation.
  • Help establish our early design culture and process.
Qualifications
  • You create amazing designs quickly.
  • You're highly autonomous, curious, and entrepreneurial at heart.
  • Excellent aesthetic taste.
  • Passion for building best-in-class products to solve real customer pain points.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating product design, UX, and visual design.
  • Figma expert.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with programming (minimum HTML/CSS) and technical tools like GitHub.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in product design at VC-funded or growth startups.
  • Experience in designing for B2B/commercial environments.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Previous experience at early-stage startups.
  • Frontend development experience beyond HTML/CSS (we use React & TailwindCSS).
  • Understanding of the finance services landscape (investment banking, PE, hedge funds).
